Currently under development  - in 2008 PSP Healthcare acquired Aalen House, a 38-bed nursing home set in beautiful grounds in Okehampton, on the edge of Dartmoor.

Aalen House is now in the planning stages of a £10m new development which will see the old, cramped buildings replaced with a light, spacious new Care Centre. The centre will offer care and facilities for older people and people with dementia to rival those of any home in the country.
