Person Centred We deliver an individual package of care to each of our residents. Each individual is different in their need, ability and perspective. To deliver a holistic care package to meet all their needs, we involve not only health professionals but also the resident’s family in order to gain a complete medical, social and spiritual understanding of our resident.
Type of Care We are registered to care for individuals needing dementia, general and respite care as well as palliative and post-operative support. We are also able to offer ad hoc care such as day care or overnight, subject to assessment by one of our trained nurses.
