What is Close Care?
Close Care offers older people the chance to live independently but with the peace of mind that everything they require is right on their doorstep.
The Care Villages comprise two main elements:
- Luxury apartments or cottages with their own front door which are available for rent or purchase by people exclusively for the over 55s
- Lifestyle and leisure facilities such as residents’ club lounge, pool and restaurant

A Close Care property is the perfect solution if:
- You want to relax and unwind with everything you need right on your doorstep.
- Your partner or loved one requires the support of the nursing home but you prefer to live privately close by, and be able to visit them at any time.
- You want to keep a foothold on the property ladder without the stresses of noisy neighbours and tiresome property maintenance, and you enjoy the community spirit of traditional village life.
- You do not need nursing care now but like the thought that, should you need it in the future, you will have a subsidised place at a nursing home you know and trust.
