Dedicated Staff at the award-winning Angela Court Nursing Home near Sidmouth, which is operated by the innovative PSP Healthcare, have celebrated their renewed accreditation as ‘Investors in People’.
This prestigious award has a foundation framework aimed at continuous improvement through people.
Embracing this culture is central to ensure that all staff work with a customer first approach and thus effectively meeting and exceeding residents needs.

The 37-bed Nursing Home is set in three acres of land and boasts spectacular views over the local countryside providing first class care for its residents.

Bob added: “The standards required for achieving the Investors in People Award are very high indeed, requiring continued monitoring of all our staff and feedback over a number of months.”

“A tremendous amount of time and money has been invested to ensure we have support, facilities and training to provide an excellent level of care for all of our residents.”
